Tusks of Mannoroth Guide
Step 1, Lockout: What I did was that I ran all bosses Except for Garrosh on my hunter, creating a lockout with only Garrosh left. Once this is done I created an LFG event with Auto-Invite. Log the character you're farming the shoulders on (in my case my Paladin) and join your other character's LFG event. Simply enter SOO and you should be inside the lockout with only Garrosh left. Once you're finished with Garrosh, leave the group and log onto your Lockout character once again. Disband the group, create another LFG event, and you'll once again have a lockout with only Garrosh left.
Step 2, skipping RP: To do this you simply take the last few mobs, preferably the casters, from the last pack before Garrosh, and bring them all the way up to Garrosh himself. The fastest way to do this is do simply keep running straight forward as you enter Garrosh's chamber, jump onto one of the spikes, wait for the casters to teleport to you on the spike, and then run up go Garrosh. Once the casters are on top of Garrosh he'll despawn, and once he respawns you'll be able to attack him right away. Respawning takes him around 20 sec, rather than the 2min RP. Note: Sometimes, if you use the spikes to quickly teleport the casters, they can randomly decide to reset. I'd say the chances of them resetting is around 10-20%, so it's not that big of a risk, and even if they do reset and you have to run all the way back and get them again, it's still faster than the RP.
Step 3, farming Bonus roll tokens: The two fastest ways to farm Lesser Charms of Fortune (50 of which turn into 3 bonus roll tokens) are both on Timeless Isle. Either you farm the elite Taunka at the top of the island, especially the Bigger ones just beneath Ordos's location as they drop almost 10 coins each. The second location is on the very eastern part of the island, farming the Gulp Frogs, as they all have a 100% chance to drop 1-2 coins, whereas most other mobs on the island don't have a guaranteed drop chance for coins.
