They added a new spell for each talent tier. For instance, the second hunter tier is called Stopping Power (Binding Shot, Wyvern Shot or Intimidation). So if you want to write a macro to wyvern your focus, for instance, but still work for every other talent, you could write this:
/use [@focus,mod:alt][] Stopping Power
Basically, Stopping Power will convert to whatever talent you chose in that tier. To know what the actual spell is called, you can unlearn the talent on that specific tier.
